Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the mechanical design and development of large-scale medical devices.
  2. Conduct detailed mechanical system and component analyses, including stress analysis, thermal analysis, and fluid dynamics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including electrical engineers, software engineers, and clinicians) to integrate mechanical designs with other system components.
  4. Manage prototype development, testing, and iteration based on clinical and user feedback.
  5. Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
  6. Document design processes and maintain technical files for regulatory submissions.
  7. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical design issues.

Qualifications:

Job description:

  1. Responsible for the entire process of design, implementation, debugging, verification, production transfer and design change of electronic/electrical/embedded subsystems in medical equipment;
  2. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents related to electronic/electrical/embedded subsystems, drawing electrical schematics, PCB wiring and other work;
  3. Responsible for programming and debugging of embedded systems, responsible for the assembly, debugging and guidance of new products;
  4. Responsible for writing relevant documents in the medical device registration process, on-site support for equipment testing and system assessment;
  5. Responsible for writing verification documents such as production processes, production and inspection equipment.

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, measurement and control engineering, electrical engineering or related fields; more than 5 years of work experience, more than 3 years of work experience for outstanding candidates;

  1. Responsible for the structural and styling design of new active medical devices, including complete design processes such as research, design, modeling, proofing, confirmation, etc.;
  2. Responsible for product industrial design work (including expression of creative, 2D and 3D effects, as well as completion of design output documents);
  3. Responsible for the selection of raw material suppliers in the product design process, product structure design, selection of production and inspection equipment, production of fixtures and jigs, trial production and inspection of products, and performance verification;
  4. Follow-up on product trial production, lead the verification and confirmation of key processes and special processes;
  5. Responsible for pre-research of new medical device development projects/improvement projects, promote R&D work according to plan, design and develop documents (DHF/DMR) related to project development;
  6. Organize product debugging and testing work according to the requirements of quality management system and relevant standards for medical device registration.
